I placed an order from the official store and the only email I got from ARRIS was an email asking me to review the S33 modem I haven’t even received. I don’t have an order number or a way to track the shipment. Is there some type of customer service I can contact to ask about the status of my order? surfboard.com/support just 404s.

Except you can’t contact customer support without a warranty, which you need the product for. Either way, it arrived shortly after I made this post. It would be nice to receive a receipt email at the very least.
