Setting up new modem, network and password

I don’t have a computer that can connect to the modem via ethernet and I need to create a new network name and password since the modem is connected to the ISP provider

S33/S34 is the cable modem and there is no inbuilt Wi-Fi in it. It will function only through hardwired connection via ethernet cable.

I suggest connecting router with the cable modem to access the Wi-Fi internet.
