I have the arris sb6183 and bought a router and I can’t find name on the app and still won’t let me connected to the internet on my ps5

  1. The SB6183 is a modem only device. It requires activation by your isp. 
  2. Once its activated, then you reboot it (with nothing connected) and connect your router to it. 
  3. once the router is connected, then you go through setup on the router. 

Did you do this? Where is it running into issues/Errors?
