Just moved about 15 min. away, but am in a new zip code. I've plugged in both the modem and the nighthawk router, but I am not recieving internet. I thought it might be an issue on the service provider side of things, so I contacted Xfinity, and they transferred services. However,  I am still seeing "connected no internet" on my devices. Need some troubleshooting help.

sb6183 is just a cable modem so to need direct connection for isolating the issue. Disconnect the router and restart the modem for a minute then connect any device like computer or laptop and check the internet. Could you please help us with the LED light status on the modem.

Problem solved. This place was built in the 1980s, and the coaxial cable that I was using was coming out of the wall. As soon as I obtained an external cable and plugged it into the wall in a different room, it worked. Thank you for the help.
