Hello! I just switched over from Xfinity but I can’t connect to the wifi. The WiFi name and password is not located on the box. How do I find it? I need it asap I have school work I need to do.

SB6183 is just a cable modem and it doesn't have inbuilt wifi on it. so to access wifi you need to connect separate router to the modem. Only on the router you can see the wifi name and password.

The SB6183 is a cable modem and does not have built-in Wi-Fi. As a result, there is no security key to connect your devices directly to Wi-Fi. To get Wi-Fi access, you would need an additional router to connect with the SB6183.
