Why isn’t my modem operating in docsis 3.1 mode when my ISP says it’s supposed to be?

SB8200 is the Docsis 3.1 compatible modem so the internet service provider should send the signal which is acceptable to your modem to work on 3.1 docsis mode. So please just check with your internet service provider about the signals and also try re provisioning modem.
