The power light keeps blinking and non of the other lights are no. How can I fix it? I purchased the unit on 11/28/2023.

 

Since the power light is blinking please perform hard reset on the modem and monitor connection if still the same try connecting modem to different power outlet or using different power cable and check the lights on the modem.
