Tried hardwired from modem to laptop/browser Url to 192.168.0.1 but no internet connection

SB8200 is a cable modem so you can access GUI of the modem using 192.168.100.1 IP address using direct connection and if there is no internet please do check the LED light status of the modem and help me with the light status.
