problem activating SB8200

I’m not able to connect my new SB8200 to my laptop to activate it. The top light is green, the 2nd one is blue and the other 2 stay green (it should be white - blue - blue -white). I’ve restarted it multiple times and also used the reset button but nothing changes. I can reconnect my old SB6190 using the exact same connections and it works fine. Any suggestions?

Since your old modem is connected and works fine you need to provision your services with new modem so you can get the internet connection without any issue and make sure the old modem is deactivated and the new modem is activated under your contact with your service provider.
