How do you chat with an agent?
IP address does not MATTER. It can show you 3 hours away. All you need to do is ALLOW/ENABLE YOUR APP OR DEVICE to gain access to your LOCATION. A lot of this stuff is under app or device “permissions”. For a smart tv you need to go to privacy settings sometimes after downloading an app then enabling the location permission and re-starting your tv. This is an issue I found on threads both current and in the past with people attempting to subscribe to Regional Sports Networks. Basic 101….IP address DOES NOT MATTER….enable privacy settings and allow location on the app/device or use wi-fi to estimate location
To enable the correct location, I would suggest check with internet service provider.
