SBG10 Devices Suddenly Dropping

Hi all. I have the SBG10 modem with Xfinity internet service. Have had this for a year with not many issues. About three months ago we purchased a WiFi extender to put downstairs as the Apple TV kept disconnecting. 
 

However in the last week all of our devices keep intermittently dropping off. The downstairs TV will be fine but the upstairs won’t connect. I’m getting kicked out of Teams meetings constantly around the same time each day. We’ve contacted Xfinity who say things are fine on their end, and disconnected the modem so many times. 
 

Can anyone advise on next steps? I see people posting logs, but I’m not even sure how to access those. Thanks in advance.

Your line isn’t fine. You’re out of spec on the power (low) and the logs indicate a issue connecting back to the cmts.

Is this a problem that should go back to Xfinity?
