New job, new issues…. How do I disable this on my modem so my phone can accept calls through the Sangoma Talk and Chat apps? 

To disable SIPALG on the SBG6950AC2 follow the below steps:

  • Log in to the web manager page 192.168.0.1 by connecting to Wi-Fi from any of the devices.
  • After login, Click on Firewall and select ”ALG” and disable the SIP option 

Try if this helps in accepting calls from Sangoma Talk and Chat Apps after disabling the SIPALG.
