internet quit working suddenly on surfboard SBG7400AC2. Never have had any issues until tonight.

Could you please help us with your modem LED status on the front panel and check on the device connected to the modem Wi-Fi network to access modem GUI, If that is not accessible you need to perform hard reset on the modem to check the WAN IP of your unit on the modem GUI page.
