I have purchased a Arris SBG 7400AC2 modem and our Vonage VOIP service is experiencing audio issues ; no audio from calling party regardless of service they are using (VOIP, LL, mobile)

In this case if you are able to access proper internet connection from SBG7400AC2 without any intermittent or latency issue on the other devices connected to the modemĀ  network that shows your modem works fine and so you need to check with the Vonage support team to help you on this. Or if you face any issue on the modem network please try restarting the modem and the Vonage device and set it up then monitor the connection.
