I have the Arris SBG7600AC2 as the cable modem and wireless router for Xfinity service. When I try to add the Arlo Netgear camera hub, it cannot get to it because port 80 is blocked. I set up port forwarding on the Arris but the port does not seem accessible. How can I troubleshoot this issue?

Thank you for the information! The Port 80 is open by default on the SBG7600AC2. When attempting to open a port, please ensure that the hub has a valid IP address, which can be located under the client list in the web-based interface (GUI).

I would suggest you to do the port forwarding process once more time by referring to the below link.
