When I go to Arris Surfboard in the router (SBG8300 btw), I go to parental controls to manage devices, all I get is the option to manage devices (which is enabled) or access type (which is set to allow all) and even when switching these, I still get no option to add and manage a device. 

Its also keeps giving me bad certificates when using Chrome, Firefox, or Edge where it gives me a risk warning when going to 192.168.0.1 and each one tells me my browser is out of date and not compatible, I dont know if this is the issue causing features to not work or not, but firmware and browsers are all updated.

any solution?
