Intermittent internet connection on SBG8300

Why do I have to reset my modem sometimes multiple times a day? Other times. Once a week. Sometimes every day. .y dad has the exact same modem and never has to reset. It's just the wifi. Both 5 and 2.4. Hardwire works no matter what.

To isolate the issue we would suggest you to check the cable signal level sent to the modem by your internet service provider. Also what is your current speed plan and the name of your internet service provider to check the speed compatibility for your modem. Follow the steps mentioned on the below link to check the downstream and upstream values on your modem GUI.
