I have a 800 mbps service from xfinity. I get roughly 500 mbps wired and less that 100 mbps wireless.  I’m sitting 5 feet from the router unobstructed.  Doesn’t matter if it’s on the 2.4 or 5 channels.
what are your thoughts? Thanks!

Slow speeds, intermittent connections, or no internet access are often caused by cable signal levels being outside of the acceptable range. This issue can typically be resolved once the service provider adjusts the power levels. To address this, we need to check the cable signal levels to identify the root cause of the problem. Please follow the steps outlined in the article below to check the cable signal on the modem.
