Cannot get into Arris Surfboard login.

Typically, when setting up the SBC app, your email address and password are automatically created within the app for logging into the GUI web portal.

From the SBC app home screen, tap the Menu bar > Access Web Interface. There, you’ll find the email address and password needed to log in to the portal.

Also, could you please share the product’s model number so we can assist you further?

I checked the app, and it does not have the Access Web Interface on it.

It is a model G20 DOCSIS 3.1.

I checked again, and it appears I had to wrong device.   However, when I went through the steps, error code 0000-1612 popped up.

It seems the app was not set up properly, which has caused the web-based interface to be misconfigured.

Note: The Surfboard Central app pairs with the gateway and syncs with the web-based interface (GUI). Once the app is set up correctly, it will generate a password for the interface.

We recommend performing a factory reset. Hold down the reset button for at least 20 seconds and then release it to reset the gateway. Once reset, wait for it to boot up and make sure that you have an internet connection when you connect your devices to the Wi-Fi.

After confirming everything is working, start the setup process on the app again. For your reference, please find the link below for the steps to set up the app.
