I have reset back to factory setting multiple times.  I have no wifi from the surfboard or connection from the ethernet ports to my desktop.  However, I do have connection from the ethernet port to my Google Mesh.  I have been on customer support with Xfinity and they said everything looks ok on their end.  Arris wants me to purchase a service contract of $40 to fix it.  I might as well just buy a new one at that price.  Any ideas?

did you try factory resetting it? 


Yes.  Several times.  


Seems like its in modem only/bridge mode. 

Are you able to log into it and check it? 

why do you want its wifi enabled if you’re using the google mesh? That’ll just put you in a double nat
