Previous svg2482ac taken out by lightning. Replaced with same router, was able to activate it with Xfinity but cannot connect to the internet

SVG2482AC is the device to get internet after activation you should complete the setup on the modem GUI. so please do follow the steps mentioned on the below article to setup the modem on the device connected your modem network.
