Hi. I have been using a streaming service called Xtreme HD IPTV for about 6 months now with no issues until the past few days where I cant seem to get any service on on it. 

 

They are saying it an issues with my ISP ( Xfinity) but when i call them they tell me its and ARRIS issue and that Xfiniity cant help.

 

The support team is telling me to disable an xFI advance security.. but i have no clue how to do this.  Any help for resolution on this is greatly appreciated.

xFi settings will be available on the Xfinity modem not on Arris unit so if this settings needs to be configured the yo need to check and confirm with your service provider only.
