I recently got this new modem to replace my old one after a outage bricked my old one, I got it set up last night, activated with xfinity and everything, yet every device I connect to it says "Connected, No internet" I've even connected my netgear router to it and it gives off the same No internet signal.

I've tried everything, turning it on and off, factory reset and nothing works, still no internet.

I can't even login to the router either, always a black screen when I go to the website, I'm typing this on my phone.
