OPPs, I changed my Surfboard password and all my replies went away. Here’s the deal:
I can’t connect to my modem & my modem doesn’t show up on my ROKU “Modem search”
It’s the same modem I’ve used before, but a replacement.
I tried entering the modem as a private network and entered it’s name and password, but that didn’t work. (my password is all alpha/numeric with no weird stuff).
I’ve tried resetting my modem - no help.
My ROKU is a model 3930X

when you log into it, are you able to change the ssid/password?
