my phone is the only device that cannot connect to our wifi. It seems like the wifi has blocked the phone from connecting. How can I fix this?

Hello Paulas,
We understand that you are not able to connect Wi-Fi on you phone. Could you let us know are you able to see both network names (2.4 and 5ghz)
Also the led light status of the modem ? Do you get any error message while connecting to Wi-Fi ?
