Can't change IP address To 192.168.1.247 Model SBG6782HH

Hello. We are trying to set up our Cable Modem LAN settings to an IP 192.168.1.247 but we can not

change it. Receiving error messages.

Could somebody please show it work or send a link to an advanced user manual for this model. Thanks.

Why are you trying to change its lan address?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps

Hello, thanks for your response. 

We have an established lan with these ip range

just need to change from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.1.1
