Hey everyone! I just bought a new Arris Wi-Fi cable modem (G34) and cannot for the life of me get it to set up and work. I have been on chat for several hours with my internet provider and have been searching a few hours on this website to get in touch with a live agent and I’m getting frustrated. I am unable to work and need to get this figured out. What do I do?!?! I’m not super tech savvy so I need to literally be held by the hand and walked through the process 😬
