Wifi starts out really well (350mbps) then after a while it consistently drops to a crawl (~10MBPS ). See below, there is something very wrong with my Internet. Thousands of attempts within minutes (average of 6200).
Once I disconnect from wifi and reconnect, it goes back to normal speed until its gone… all over again to a crawl and repeat every few hours.

DG3450 is not supported by Arris. Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.
