I have little to no tech knowledge. My router is no longer allowing certain items to connect. Can not authenticate is the what it shows. I have tried factory reset and still get the same result. Any tips?

Could you please let us know the devices that are not getting connected . Basically we have two networks (2.4 ghz and 5ghz) , certain devices gets connected to both or either one of them. .
Make sure you connect to your wifi network of the device. Also ensure that you type in the wifi password correctly as it is case sensitive .
