Need help. My tm1602 stopped working after 4 months.
TM1602 is not under Arris support list and Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. So in this case we would suggest you to check with your internet service provider for further assistance on this.
I purchased a tm1602a telephone internet optimum modem new Directly from Arris. It stop working and I would like to get support.
I did not purchase from optimum.

This was purchased directly from Arris. It is not leased.
TM1602 is Touchstone device and the product has been discontinued from ARRIS.
Since its a discontinued modem, there is no longer support for it.
There is no repair facility?
I apologize that Arris doesn't have repair facility.
