Unable to sign into GUI Browser (192.168.0.1)

I am not able to sign into my routers GUI (192.168.0.1) . I login with the correct credentials and it gives me an error of "you must sign in first". Then when I try to log back in, it says someone is already logged in. Please assist! Thank you,W. Bow
