My teenager's profile suddenly quit working. My thought is to delete it and then set it up once again, but I can't find a way to delete the profile. Or, is the solution to uninstall the app and start over completely?
Registered new G34 modem/router via Sufboard central. Worked fine. once I change SSID names, default passwords and make other customized network settings, the app no longer sees my device. I deleted the device and attempted to add it again. Went through fine and connected to new SSID. Then on the final step, a vague Error Code 0000-1612. only way to proceed is to factory reset the device which I won’t do again.

I enter the correct password to connect to the 2.4 and or 6ghz networks and the response is that the password is incorrect when it’s 100% correct. I have restarted EVERYTHING multiple times and have even tried changing the password on the Gateway and it still says the passwords are wrong.
I ordered a modern on your site Arris Surfboard I didn't create an account and received NO order confirmation email. The ONLY email I received was one asking me to write a review for the product. The TV is not connected to the router and doesn’t connect wirelessly.
I have an Arris G34 Cable Modem Router Combo. I have set it up and the Internet is working fine. I can’t figure out how to get the router to connect with my printer. When I print the network status/check network connection, it says that the “MAC address filtering check failed. Check whether your router/access point has restrictions such as MAC address filtering. See the documentation of the router/access point or contact your network administrator for assistance.” Can someone please help? Thank you.
I have been working with 3rd level support with xfinity (Comcast) and they are stumped so far. I have worked with Hostgator and they state because I can access my account outside my network it's not them. I have tried Eero tech support and they tried a suggestion to change my IPv4 and that did not work. Here is the problem: I can no longer access my email addresses (multiple addresses through same host) using Hostgator.comAlso I cannot get to www.mywebsite.com/cpanel and also cannot log onto my websites using filezilla. As of yesterday I could and did not have any problems and did not change any settings. When I try to use find my websit I get my IPV6 but it cannot find my IPV4. I can access all of the above via my iPhone on the cellular network when I turn off my WiFi. I cannot access the above using WiFi. I am trying unsuccessfully to connect using a desktop hardwired on my network. Windows 10 pro. I have an Arris surfboard s33 modem. The eero is connected to the modem has the latest
