I have a model NVG558HX that I bought from Verizon. I typed the model# in the ARRIS site and it doesn't come up. My question is, I got rid of Verizon and got a chip from AT&T and put it in. It turns on broadcast wifi, but won't connect to AT&T towers.

Can I change a setting to get it to work?

Or should I call AT&T to see what they can do.

Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. Please contact your ISP for further assistance.

pretty sure that was a direct to verizon device. I haven’t found anywhere that it works with any provider other than verizon.

Unless you want to use the WAN port versus cellular

I was hopeful that it would work on other carriers.

Not sure why it won't, but it doesn't connect. Thank you
