I’ve set up my Surfboard mAX dash and whenever I re-open the app it wants me to re-select the device and go through the steps to set up the network again. I’m connected to the WiFi network coming from the device the app thinks I need to set up, seems like an issue in the app but I can’t figure out a work around. At one point, the app randomly opened back to the my network screen and I was able to add my satellite no issue. Ever since, the app opens to the “select your device” screen. Is this just a terrible bug with the app?

Are you force closing the app and getting this message or you usually log out from the app and while log in you get this error?
Have you tried un installing and re installing app?
On which device you are using the SBC app, model of the device?
Can you setup the app on using different and check again.
