Solved won't display settings

Hi! I’m trying to adjust some modem settings, but when I sign in to the dashboard doesn’t show me anything except login settings for my arris account. No modem configuration settings anywhere!

Has anyone else run into this issue before? How can I get the dashboard to display modem settings?

We understand that when you are signing in you are able to access the login settings for you’re Arris account but unable to see the modem configuration setup.

Sorry for the inconvenience you are facing, Could you try with a different browser or device and let us know if you’re able to access the web manager page i.e

Could you help us with the model number of the modem so, it will be easy for us to guide you further .

Sign in first. The screen will look roughly like what is provided below.  After that, you will have a navigation panel that looks like the second screen shot. 

What model are you working with?
