All of a sudden my Arris SURFboard SVG2482AC will not connect to Xfintiy internet.  I have contacted Xfinity and did all their steps.  I have also reset the moder several times but it still will not connect.  Any suggestions?

                          If the modem online light is off that shows that your modem is not getting internet from the internet service provider if the  modem lights are ON but still there is no internet we need to check the IP address of the modem, the LAN and WAN IP on the modem interface so that we can isolate the issue and also we would suggest you to try proper hard reset on the modem by following steps mentioned on the below link.
