If I purchase a new modem, can I call and get support? It’s too bad the company doesn’t even have a sales phone number!!!

If you are looking for any support and guidance, you can visit www.arris.com/consumersupport.
If your modem stops working and I cannot email you, then I cannot contact you without exposing myself to non-ionizing radiation from a cell phone. I have been diagnosed as having electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) by a MD and need to prevent exposure to cellphones, WiFis, and Bluetooth devices.
You can get live chat assistance at www.arris.com/consumersupport.
I advise you to choose cable modems such as SB8200, SB6190, T25, S33 etc. Because they only support hardwired connections and do not support Wi-Fi.
