Do you have any back ups on your new modem?
May i know when did you installed your modem?
I had modem replaced by my internet provider (Cogeco in Canada) couple days ago.
I made backup on the old modem (same model), but when I try to restore setting on the new modem from backup file, after I pick the file and click restore, screen just refreshes and nothing happens. The modem is not rebooting itself, all settings stay default settings, when I reboot manually after several minutes - nothing changes, all stays default. Backup is not restored...

This is to inform there is no option to transfer the backup of an old modem to a new modem if they belong to the same model.
