The only light on my modem/router which turns on is the power light, The wifi lights do not come on and when Iook at the username “network” it said that it is out of area even though it is in the same room and has always worked previously. Modem/router is Arris Model TG 1682G. Operating system is Windows 11. How can I get internet back and the lights on the modem/router turned on?

Hello,

getting a hardwired connection to check in the web interface if by any reason the WiFi networks are disabled is a good a idea. If this is not possible, doing a Factory Reset to clear any customized information is also good to do.
