Hi, 

The modem is solid blue and says it’s online but I can’t find the WIFI name when looking for WIFI. I called Xfinity and on their end there is nothing wrong with the WIFI connection. So I’m definitely under the impression it’s the modem and some connection with that. I don’t get why my WIFI is not discoverable . I thought it was under Xfinity Mobile WiFi but I can’t login there either.
