I got arris surfboard cable modem from target but now cable is not functioning, i ask them if they are selling but they told me reach here for help. Can you provide a service for that.

Power cable but i guess its been a 2 years, target says there is a 2 year’s warranty. i bought adapter but when it moves connection lost.

Modem’s warranty is 2years and the accessory warranty is 1year.
