I wanted to reset my Wi-Fi name and password.
When I went to log into the SURFboard® app, it said That I needed to download a new app. When I went to download the new app, it said I needed to set up my Max router. But I have the gateway 10.
Everything I read, said to do a factory reset of the router in order to get it to set up correctly in the new app. When I did so, it changed the name and erased the passwords of my Wi-Fi. Now I am unable to connect to Wi-Fi at all. I have work tomorrow. I have been dealing with this for three hours. And I may hurt myself
