Hi! I have just moved to a new apartment, and do not have any coax outlets--I only have ethernet. I had bought an SBG10 (modem/router combo) before I moved in, but now I’m not sure if I can connect it to the internet using ethernet. The outlet in the apartment gives my laptop access to the internet (with an ethernet cable), but not my SBG10.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

You can’t use the SBG10 since it’s intended for cable internet.  You will need a Wi-Fi router that has Ethernet connection for the WAN or Internet port.
