Cannot setup W21 mesh router system

I just got 3 W21 mesh wifi system. Downloaded the surfboard central app and went through the steps, once it's searching for updates it gives a error code 0000-1401. I've done resets on the modem and all the W21 devices and tried each on the app but having the same issue

surfboard max w21 not updating

I bought 3 w21 mesh routers. Im on the latest version of the surfboard central app. My issue is every time is go to connect, the w21 starts to update in the app and never gets past the update part. It always fails everytime. I'm doing pass through from the at&t bgw320-500 router. Even the support were no help. Is there away to just bypass the update part? Any info is welcome thanks

Revert Firmware SB6121

I purchased my SB6121 from an authorized retailer (Staples). Recently while talking to my internet provider (Comcast), they claimed that it needed a firmware upgrade and asked me if I would allow them to do it. They did not tell me at the time that they would be stealing control of my personally owned hardware from me. After installing the firmware upgrade, they proceeded to tell me that there is a problem with the hardware and tried to sell me their modem. When I log into my modem (at IP 192.168.100.1), there is no longer a “Reset All Defaults” button. This is unacceptable and I want control of my hardware back. Is there a way I (or you) can roll back the hacked firmware they installed and return control of my hardware to me?

How to disable AP Isolation?

Hi, I just recently switched internet providers (Access to Sasktel) and Sasktel gave me an Arris router. Now my google homes will no longer connect to the Wi-Fi. I have factory reset them and it keeps giving me the same messages. “Disable Access Point/AP Isolation and Enable UPnP.” I can find UPnP in the router settings and it is enabled however I can not find anything called Access Point or AP isolation. Where could I find this option or is it labeled as something else? Thanks. Model: NVG448BQ

Hello, nice to meet you. My SB8200 modem stopped working. I got home from work and when I looked up, I had no internet access and the modem's lights were off. I just bought it on January 30th.

Arris SBG8300 was reset without my knowledge. Unknown password

My wi-fi stopped working a few days ago and I now see that my Arris modem has been RESET to factory settings out of the blue and I do not have the original password in order to reconfigure it to my settings.

no internet connection

Need help my husband did a factory reset on our router which is TP link and now our modem won’t work which is an Arris and we have cox provider and we don’t know they user name or password we have no WiFi connection cox can’t help us they need to get in contact with Arris they said.

My husband reset the router to factory settings which is a TP link one and now our modem won’t work and our internet won’t connect. We have no WiFi connection through our internet service and Cox said we need the information from this modem provider
