T25 bridge mode

Forum|alt.badge.img

How do I get my T25 out of bridge mode? I can log in using 192.168.100.1but I don’t see that option. If I perform a factory reset will that do the same thing? Once in standard mode, can I go through my new switch to get wired and wireless devices to the internet from XFinity?

Hi Roberts123,

T25 is a 3.1 DOCSIS cable modem, which is by default a bridge device. We don't have options to disable the bridge modem by logging in to web manager 192.168.100.1.

T25 as a cable modem it can provide cable signal levels/event logs etc, when logging in to web manager  192.168.100.1.

T25 enables you to connect to Wi-Fi with a "Router". If we require a “Wired” internet then connect an ethernet port computer or laptop/ MAC computer through an ethernet adapter.

Hope this helps.
