Can you provide us with a little more information on the issue? Internet provider, speed, status of the lights... What information did you provide to your internet provider? Which steps have you tried so far?

did it work before? 

If its new, did you get it activated by your ISP?

did you check with the isp?

Do wired devices work? 

What are the led’s on it doing?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
