Hello all,
I still cannot get the app to work, it sits there spinning until it times out on the G34. Does anyone know how to perform a software update on the G34>

Could you please clarify where exactly it is "spinning"? Are you referring to the internet connection or the Surfboard Central app?
If you're referring to the Surfboard Central app, please let us know the exact step during the setup process where it gets stuck or keeps spinning. This will help us assist you more effectively.

Hello,
The internet works ok, Wi-Fi and wired but I cannot accesss advance settings, it keep referring me to the mobile app. When I open the app it show the modem information but when I click on the network tab it goes into the loading wheel that never opens I tried it on iPhone 13 and iPhone 16 but no luck.

Could you please clarify which page you are trying to access advanced settings on? Is it asking you to log in?
