Could you please share the make and model of your phone, along with its current software version? Also, we’d appreciate it if you could let us know the name of your internet service provider and the model of the modem you're using to connect the mAX routers.

The title of my question said “Device w130”. That’s the model number.

What do you mean by software version number? The firmware on the actual device? I wish I could get that information. Your software totally obfuscated the entire process. You tried so hard to make it unfriendly that those who do understand networking can’t get into it to see the details.
Or do you mean the software version of the android app that I use to access it?

Either way. The issue is resolved. It seams to me that your firmware update servers were just offline or malfunctioning, and because you made the app in such a way that updating the firmware is a requirement for initial setup. Anyone who was installing the device for the first time now, got stopped in their tracks at that step in the setup and there was nothing that we could do. As soon as you fixed the server, everything setup flawlessly.

Apologies for the confusion earlier. Could you please confirm the model of the phone you were using to set up the routers, as well as the software version? If it's an Android device, kindly share the Android version; if it's an iPhone, please provide the iOS version, so that we could have isolated the issue.
