model 3270a has been reset 2 times and I cannot access the modem. I cannot set wifi with the code provided, Right now I am frustrated and at a loss of what to do.

The product model number DG3270A which is an ARRIS Touchstone® DG3270A Cable Gateway -
Follow the below steps for a proper “Reset”:
- Make sure the router is ON
- Find a small hole at the back of the router. That is the Reset hole
- Get a straightened paperclip, a push pin, or anything pointy and thin.
- Push the Reset hole in for at least 10-15 seconds.
- Wait for the router to reboot and reconnect.
Make sure the default Wi-Fi password is entered without any space/ try with upper case or lower case (if alphabets are there in the password )
