Does anyone have a copy of the AX013ANC manual or a safe location where I can download one? I am trying to troubleshoot a AX013ANC box through Xfinity that has a solid orange showing which was not there previously. The box seems to be functioning, but the light concerns me.

Thanks for bringing this question.
I was trying to find the user manuals for this device since this TV box says it’s an Arris device, unfortunately I was not able to find it either on our resources or online.
This device was manufactured for Service Provider purposes, that might be why there’s not a lot of information available online, since Service Providers will give the Technical Support too.
My suggestion will be to inquire this with Xfinity directly.
