Recently switched ISP’s, and got new ARRIS modem router.  Have two outdoor security cameras - both SimpliSafe and wireless.

Switched ID and password of router to new ones.  Was able to connect one security camera.  Was not asked for password.  Tried connecting other security camera, got asked for password, entered it, and got response that password not correct.  Really strange.

Could you let me know the product model number to assist you further?


Are you using wpa2/wpa3 mixed mode?

whats the camera that doesn’t work? I’ve switched routers a ton and never had one not connection if I’m reusing the same ssid/password
